Lettering and Typesetting

Outside of illustration and animation, my work also extends to typesetting, lettering, art retouching, and handling SFX on both print and digital comics for various publishers and creators, which I have been doing since 2018. I predominantly work in the localization of foreign language comics to English but also worked on localizing and adapting English language comics for other languages.

Through my work on multiple projects, I have honed my skills in a number of programs such as Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, and Illustrator; whatever gets the job done to achieve the right look or create the texture or effect that matches the original. As a side project, I’m working on creating tutorials on how to achieve certain effects, using actions and styles, and how to achieve a more efficient workflow when typesetting, so that will be a future addition to this page.

Trapped With a Demon Prince

In charge of all art, character designs, inking, coloring, and lettering. Sample pages were created for an unpublished webtoon adapted from a popular webnovel. Story and title are copyrighted under Bilibili Comics.
